Using Raize Components 6 in Delphi 10.1 Berlin.
And CodeSite info!
A lot of people who were customers of Raize Components and/or CodeSite were not necessarily happy when they were purchased by Embarcadero. Because the free upgrades for CS 5.x and RC 6.x went away. And, at least on the day of this writing, the Koonopka Signature Controls (new name for Raize Components) don't even seem to be for sale on Embarcadero's site. I don't understand why that might be.
However, installing the previous version into Delphi 10.1 Berlin is not hard. I assume the situation is similar for 10.0 Seattle but I did not ever get that version. So, I will post information for using 10.1 Berlin and I presume 10.0 Seattle version users can do similar.
I used Raize Components 6.1.12, the final version before they turned into Konopka Signature controls. Of course you will not get any of the updates that have been made to the components after 6.1.12, but I don't think they are major.

First, I created a package group. I have that attached.

Then, I edited RaizeComponents_LibSuffix.inc and added this line at the end:
Then I edited RzComps.inc. Specifically, the section that has this:
Make a complete duplicate of that section. On the first, original one, change it as follows:
In the second copy, change it as follows:
I suggest putting the enclosed project group files in the Raize\rc6\source folder, where the rest of the source and include files are. Then to install, just compile the four projects in the project group, then install the two design packages.
As far as integrating the Raize Components help into Delphi Berlin, it turns out that Delphi no longer supports integrated help. Apparently too many issues with the Microsoft Document Explorer help system. So they went back to using the older HTML help system. You just have to open RC6Help.chm manually.

Note: I only tried it with 32-bit. I'm actually only using the Starter Edition of 10.1 Berlin which does not have the 64-bit compiler. If you need 64-bit support, it might work as is, I have no idea.
As far as CodeSite, old version 5 serial numbers do work with the current version. I don't know if it is considered legal to use it that way, but it does work. At least when it was marketed by Raize directly, you got free upgrades throughout the major version cycle. The current version as of this writing is 5.2.2, while the last version as sold by Raize was 5.1.8. So the current version should still be in the same 5.x major version cycle. But Embarcadero says they want you to pay for the upgrade to get the current version. So, I honestly don't know if it would be legal to use the old serial numbers or not. But, I did personally go ahead and pay for the upgrade. Which is annoying since I'm still not sure if I really legally needed to or not. Thus this information is provided for information purposes only.
Here is a download link to the current version:
